Refund Policy

Refunds/Cancellations/ Exchange: We do not provide refunds, cancellations or exchange for any reason including delays in shipping for our teas, capsules, oils and creams due to the nature of our products unless it was an error on our part.

Subject to these terms, we offer refunds on the purchase of goods that are damaged or defective but not on the provision of services, tea (s), capsules, oil (s) and cream(s.) Our return period lasts for 7 days after you receive any item. If 7 days have gone by since delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

Where items have been made or personalized for you, they are non-refundable unless defective. Please be sure to confirm all items prior to purchasing.

Incorrect/Missing: If you received an incorrect or missing item, please send us an email within 5-7 days of delivery to get a replacement. A photo of the incorrect item and a picture of the invoice must be sent to our contact email [email protected] with the subject incorrect/missing and invoice number. For incorrect item(s) we will send a return label via email and/or with the replacement package so that the customer can send the incorrect item back to us.

We are unable to replace any missing or incorrect items after the 8th day.

Broken Item: Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the broken item. Please take photo of the broken item (s). The picture must be clear and large enough so that we may help you file a claim with the carrier. If not, the carrier may deny your claim. Unfortunately, we do not accept any responsibility, this issue is between you and the carrier.

Lost/Stolen/Missing Packages: You will need to file a claim with the carrier. We are not responsible for this issue.

To be eligible to return an item for a refund, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Returns are handled case by case.


If you need to return an item, send us an email at our contact email address on this website and we will provide you with the address to return your items. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and will process your refund within seven business days after the returned item is confirmed to be in reasonable condition.

When you are returning items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, other than for a faulty item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
